But I can't with these shorts that Beyonce is wearing. I like the idea, but the execution is off. Yes, she has a small waist, but these shorts should be at least a size bigger. At least, but better a choice left on the hanger. Husband Jay Z did better with his ensemble. The day before was a better choice Bey and I guess Jay went for comfort
instead of style with his shorts. They are on holiday.
