Joan Collins must be delighted that she can unpack her Dynasty shoulders. I forgive her because she is in her 70's and she can carry it off. I don't forgive Phillip Tracey for designing the BHS cheap looking hat.
Hats are the protagonists for the duration of Royal Ascot. The horse racing is second!!
